Share a clear image or catalogue page if you do not know the design code. We first look for an exact match. A visually similar design remains an alternative, not confirmation of the same product.

Keep the full identity

Once a design is identified, keep its collection or series, code and colour together. Then specify the size and quantity. Similar codes in different collections should not be treated as interchangeable.

When an image is unavailable

Some stock entries do not have a verified linked image. They are labelled accordingly. Ask for confirmation of the exact design before proceeding; a missing image is not replaced with an imagined or similar rug.
